Job Responsibilities:
- Process, review, and follow up on applications for welfare and financial assistance
- Conduct home visits and submit social reports on clients’ financial / social status and eligibility for assistance scheme
- Provide counselling services to students and families
- Administer meal and food ration schemes
- Conduct outreach to needy families
- Network with community stakeholders to collaborate on social outreach activities
- Maintain and provide quarterly statistics on social and financial assistance take up rates
Job Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of social work or counselling experience
- Proficient in Words and Excel
- Must be able to work independently with good customer service mindset

Job Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans, conduct lessons and write lesson evaluations in response to children’s need
- Participate actively in assessing and developing children’s development profile and portfolio
- Liaise with parents on child’s progress and establish good relationships as partners in care and education
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Teaching
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience
- 5 1/2 days workweek (alternate Saturdays)
- Work location : Hougang
