GRACE VOLUNTEER CENTRE
Grace Volunteer Centre is located at SBWS premises along Punggol Road. It was first proposed by the late Venerable Yen Pei as a training and development centre for volunteers.
This 8-storey building is named "Yen Pei Building" to commemorate the elder's contributions to volunteerism.
