Administrative Executive

  Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees daily operations and programs implementations
Execute and develop policies and procedures
Ensure compliance to Regulatory and Legal requirements
Manage and develop existing programs and activities, including deploying volunteers
Report and update Management on existing and new plans
Arrange and hold monthly meetings, submission of minutes of meeting
Responsible for regular project updates and new development
Diploma and above, with minimum 5 years working experience
Experience on Educational and or Cultural strategic planning and development works
Experience in providing logical and administrative support
Good documentation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual with good command of spoken and written English
Strong leadership & initiative
Matured, independent, self-driven, a good team player
Meticulous and able to multi-task
Able to work on weekends
